TestimonialsAfter we went to the open house and my daughter did not want to leave,  I followed up with an on-site classroom visit for her...again my daughter was thrilled with her experience and wanted to go back.  I decided to transfer her, not because I was disappointed in her care at the [corporate center], but because I was so impressed with the curriculum and environment that Gail and Geeta have built.  Their attention to detail is phenomenal and they and their staff truly look at each child as an individual and bring them into each activity in their own way.  My daughter flourished in her years at Cedar Crest.  She talked about school all the time, her interest in learning has grown beyond what I could have imagined, and she had fun.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to enroll our children at Cedar Crest Academy. We've been there almost from the time CCA opened and have had only good memories since that time. Some of the things that we like best about CCA: 

  • ALL of the teachers have great attitudes (and are experienced professionals)!
  • There is a curriculum; it is well thought out, organized, and followed.
  • The weekly themes really help the children focus on one aspect of life for a little while - like learning about friends, family, a country, rain, sun, ponds, safety, etc.
  • We as parents are always kept informed about what's going on at the school (through conversations, newsletters, daily and weekly e-mails, etc.)
  • The afternoon e-mail from CCA is a hit and lets us know what's been going on during the day for the class.
  • Anytime morning drop-off has been difficult, one of the teachers always has time to give our child a little extra attention to smooth things out.
  • Artwork - it's almost daily and never short on creativity.

For us, moving to CCA was one of the best decisions we made with respect to our children’s early educational experiences.

We have to again thank all of the teachers and staff at CCA for getting our daughter SO ready for first grade. Looking back at what she has learned and how she has matured in her 2 years at CCA, to be where she is today, we don’t have enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation to you all! You’ve truly reached your goal of getting them ready and well-equipped with a good foundation, and then setting them free. I want you to know that our little girl is much happier and more confident than ever as she leaves CCA. I just hope that she’ll feel almost as nurtured in the new school as she has at CCA!
